Ingredients

  5. Sauté the grated tomatoes, black pepper, red pepper flakes, oil, and tomato paste in the pan. When it starts to boil, add water and salt. Cook.
  6. Add the sautéed zucchini and cook for a few more minutes. Top with grated cheddar cheese if desired.
