Ingredients

  1. 3 medium zucchinis
  2. 1 cup flour
  3. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. A pinch of dill

  7. 1 packet baking powder
  8. 2 eggs
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
  2. Add flour (any type of flour you prefer), baking powder, and an egg to the grated zucchini and mix.
  3. Add your desired spices, herbs (such as thyme, mint, dill, black pepper), and salt.
  4. After mixing, optionally add dried tomatoes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a cake mold or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
