Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of dill
- A pinch of oregano
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess water with your hands.
- Add flour (any type of flour you prefer), baking powder, and an egg to the grated zucchini and mix.
- Add your desired spices, herbs (such as thyme, mint, dill, black pepper), and salt.
- After mixing, optionally add dried tomatoes.
- Pour the mixture into a cake mold or a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated turbo oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
