This Tiramisù Cake combines the classic flavors of tiramisù into a delightful dessert. The cake is baked to perfection, soaked with warm milk and instant coffee, and topped with a rich vanilla cream. Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder, each slice delivers a creamy, coffee-infused treat.
Instructions
- Prepare the cake as you would a classic cake. Pour the batter into a tart pan and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 30 minutes.
- While the cake is baking, make the cream. Combine all the ingredients except for the vanilla and coffee in a pan and cook until it thickens.
- Add the vanilla to the cream and remove from heat. Stir occasionally while it cools.
- Once the cake is baked, use a toothpick to poke holes in it and pour the warm milk over the cake.
- Spread the cooled cream over the cake and let it rest.
- Before serving, sift cocoa powder over the top and serve.
