Crispy, oven-baked chicken pieces coated in a flavorful soy sauce and honey marinade, garnished with sesame seeds for added crunch and a touch of nutty flavor. Perfectly golden and deliciously tender.

Ingredients

  1. 300 grams chicken breast (or thigh skewers)
  2. 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoon honey
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  8. Bread crumbs
  9. Sesame seeds

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate the Chicken:

  1. In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, making sure they are well coated.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the Chicken:

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Take the marinated chicken pieces and roll them in the bread crumbs until they are fully coated.
  3. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking tray.

Bake the Chicken:

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Add the Sesame Seeds:

  1. Remove the tray from the oven and sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken.
  2. Return the tray to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:

  1. Remove the tray from the oven and serve the chicken hot.
  2. Enjoy your meal!
