Juicy chicken breasts coated in a crispy flour and garlic powder crust, pan-fried to a golden brown. Tossed in a savory-sweet sauce made from honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic, creating a flavorful glaze that thickens as it cooks. Perfect for a quick and delicious snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  1. 2 chicken breasts
  2. 2-3 tablespoons honey
  3. Plenty of soy sauce
  4. 4 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  6. 1 cup flour
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  8. 1 teaspoon butter
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slice each chicken breast once to thin them out and cut them in half.
  1. You will have 8 pieces of chicken.
  2. Spread and mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on a tray.
  3. Coat the chicken pieces with the flour mixture on both sides.
  4. Fry the chicken in a little vegetable oil.
  5. Dice the garlic.
  6. After the chicken is browned on both sides, add butter to the pan with the chicken.
  7. When the butter melts, increase the heat.
  8. Add the diced garlic, honey, and plenty of soy sauce, and mix well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
  9. Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce to your taste.
  10. The dish will be ready when the sauce thickens.
