Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2-3 tablespoons honey
- Plenty of soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Slice each chicken breast once to thin them out and cut them in half.
- You will have 8 pieces of chicken.
- Spread and mix flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on a tray.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the flour mixture on both sides.
- Fry the chicken in a little vegetable oil.
- Dice the garlic.
- After the chicken is browned on both sides, add butter to the pan with the chicken.
- When the butter melts, increase the heat.
- Add the diced garlic, honey, and plenty of soy sauce, and mix well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
- Adjust the amount of honey and soy sauce to your taste.
- The dish will be ready when the sauce thickens.
