Salmon Cake

Savor the delicate flavors of our golden-brown seafood patties, made with squid, shrimp, and sole, and served with a fresh lemon wedge.

Ingredients

  1. 50 grams raw squid
  2. 200 grams sole fish (bones removed)
  3. 50 grams raw shrimp
  4. 1/2 onion
  5. 1 peeled garlic clove
  6. 1 teaspoon sugar
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. A pinch of black pepper
  9. 30 grams corn starch
  10. 30 grams flour (slightly less than 1 tea glass)
  11. 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. First, peel the onion and garlic.
  2. Clean the shrimp and squid. Make sure there are no bones left in the sole fish.
  3. Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan.
  5. Transfer the processed mixture to a plate and shape it into patties using your hands.
  6. Fry the patties in the olive oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve the fishcakes with a lemon wedge. Enjoy your meal!
