Savor the delicate flavors of our golden-brown seafood patties, made with squid, shrimp, and sole, and served with a fresh lemon wedge.
Ingredients
- 50 grams raw squid
- 200 grams sole fish (bones removed)
- 50 grams raw shrimp
- 1/2 onion
- 1 peeled garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 30 grams corn starch
- 30 grams flour (slightly less than 1 tea glass)
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- First, peel the onion and garlic.
- Clean the shrimp and squid. Make sure there are no bones left in the sole fish.
- Process all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Heat a little olive oil in a non-stick pan.
- Transfer the processed mixture to a plate and shape it into patties using your hands.
- Fry the patties in the olive oil until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Serve the fishcakes with a lemon wedge. Enjoy your meal!
