Indulge in a rich and velvety quinoa pudding, where the deep flavors of dark chocolate and cocoa blend seamlessly into a creamy, satisfying treat.

Ingredients

  1. 3 cups of milk
  2. 1/2 cup of quinoa
  3. 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 small cup of sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon of starch
  6. 150 grams of dark chocolate
  7. 1 packet of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Place the quinoa in a bowl and soak it for 1-2 hours.
  2. After soaking, rinse and drain the quinoa, then transfer it to a pot.
  3. Add the milk, cocoa powder, and sugar to the pot and place it on the stove.
  4. Stir over low heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  5. In a separate glass, dissolve the starch with 2 tablespoons of milk.
  6. Slowly add the dissolved starch to the boiling mixture, stirring continuously.
  7. Once the pudding thickens, remove it from the heat.
  8. Add 150 grams of dark chocolate and the vanilla to the slightly thickened pudding and continue to stir.
  9. Pour the pudding into bowls while still warm.
  10. Decorate as desired and let it cool to set. Enjoy!
