This creamy quinoa dessert combines light milk with sweet honey and a hint of vanilla, topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a simple yet indulgent treat.

Ingredients

  1. 150-200 grams of cooked quinoa
  2. 500 grams of light milk
  3. 4-5 tablespoons of corn starch
  4. 1 small cup of honey
  5. 1 packet of vanilla extract
  6. Cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Put the milk and cornstarch in a pot and mix well.
  2. Place the pot on the stove and add the quinoa. Cook while stirring.
  3. Finally, add the honey and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving bowls and let it sit for a while.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top before serving. Enjoy!
