- 1 large potato
- 2 matchbox-sized pieces of white cheese
- 1 egg
- 5 stalks of green onions
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 cup of flour (whole wheat flour can also be used)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Salt
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel the potato and cut it into very small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.
- Crumble the white cheese and finely chop the green onions and parsley.
Mix the Batter:
