Ingredients

  1. 1 large potato
  2. 2 matchbox-sized pieces of white cheese
  3. 1 egg
  4. 5 stalks of green onions
  5. 2 sprigs of parsley
  6. 1.5 cups of milk
  7. 1 cup of flour (whole wheat flour can also be used)
  8. 1 packet of baking powder
  9. Salt

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients:

  1. Peel the potato and cut it into very small cubes. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  1. Crumble the white cheese and finely chop the green onions and parsley.

Mix the Batter:

  1. Add the egg, milk, salt, baking powder, and flour to the mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
