Pasta with Pesto Sauce

Delicious pasta with creamy pesto sauce made from penne pasta cooked to perfection and combined with a rich blend of heavy cream and ready-made pesto. Finished with a touch of olive oil, this easy and flavorful dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a satisfying meal any day.

Ingredients

  1. Half a pack of penne pasta
  2. 1 pack of heavy cream
  3. 2-3 tablespoons of ready-made pesto sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
  5. Salt

Instructions

Boil the Pasta:

  1. Fill a large pot with plenty of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, add half a teaspoon of salt.
  3. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually 9-10 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce:

  1. When the pasta is nearly done, heat a little vegetable oil in a suitable pan.
  2. Add the pesto sauce and stir.
  3. Add the heavy cream and heat the mixture.

Combine Pasta and Sauce:

  1. Simmer gently without bringing it to a full boil.
  2. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
  3. Stir to ensure all the pasta is coated with the sauce.

Serve:

  1. Pesto pasta is ready to serve. Serve immediately without letting it cool.
  2. Enjoy your meal!
