Light and fluffy pancakes made from a simple batter of eggs, flour, and milk, cooked to golden perfection. Served warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a variety of fresh fruits, jam, honey, or chocolate for a delicious and customizable breakfast treat
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
For cooking:
- Vegetable oil

- Kiwi, banana, strawberry, jam, honey, chocolate
Instructions
- To make pancakes, first, take the eggs and sugar in a suitable mixing bowl and whisk them well.
- Add the milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and whisk with a whisk. You can also use a mixer if you prefer. Prepare the batter to be slightly thicker than cake batter.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and spread it all over with a brush. Using little oil is a key point in making pancakes. You can also spread the oil with a paper towel if you prefer.
- Pour one large spoonful of batter into the pan and let it spread by itself.
- When bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them over with a spatula. Cook the other sides as well.
- Place the cooked pancakes on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve with banana, kiwi, strawberry, chocolate, honey, spreadable chocolate, or jam, according to your taste.
