Light and fluffy pancakes made from a simple batter of eggs, flour, and milk, cooked to golden perfection. Served warm with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a variety of fresh fruits, jam, honey, or chocolate for a delicious and customizable breakfast treat

Ingredients

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1.5 cups flour
  5. 1 packet baking powder
  6. 1 packet vanilla

For cooking:

  1. Vegetable oil

Serving suggestions:

  1. Kiwi, banana, strawberry, jam, honey, chocolate

Instructions

  1. To make pancakes, first, take the eggs and sugar in a suitable mixing bowl and whisk them well.
  2. Add the milk, flour, baking powder, and vanilla, and whisk with a whisk. You can also use a mixer if you prefer. Prepare the batter to be slightly thicker than cake batter.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into a non-stick pan and spread it all over with a brush. Using little oil is a key point in making pancakes. You can also spread the oil with a paper towel if you prefer.
  4. Pour one large spoonful of batter into the pan and let it spread by itself.
  5. When bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them over with a spatula. Cook the other sides as well.
  6. Place the cooked pancakes on a serving plate.
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve with banana, kiwi, strawberry, chocolate, honey, spreadable chocolate, or jam, according to your taste.
