A flavorful noodle dish with sautéed vegetables including bell pepper, onion, and cabbage, seasoned with tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, and a blend of spices. Ingredients

  1. 1 serving of noodles
  2. 1 bell pepper or green pepper
  3. 1 onion
  4. 2 or 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce or cabbage
  5. A little olive oil
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. Red pepper flakes
  9. Noodle seasoning
  10. 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  11. 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  12. A little boiling water
  13. 1 green onion
  14. A little parsley
  15. A little sesame seeds
  16. Lemon
  17. Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Julienne all the vegetables (except for the green onions and parsley) and sauté them in a pan with olive oil. Add the spices and cook until they’re softened.
  1. Add the pomegranate molasses and pour in the boiling water.
  1. Allow some of the water to evaporate before serving.
  1. For a crunchy texture and tangy flavor, serve with crispy lettuce and squeeze some lemon over the dish.
  1. Top with finely chopped green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
