Ingredients
- 1 serving of noodles
- 1 bell pepper or green pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 or 3 leaves of iceberg lettuce or cabbage
- A little olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Noodle seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- A little boiling water
- 1 green onion
- A little parsley
- A little sesame seeds
- Lemon
- Lettuce
Instructions
- Julienne all the vegetables (except for the green onions and parsley) and sauté them in a pan with olive oil. Add the spices and cook until they’re softened.
- Add the pomegranate molasses and pour in the boiling water.
- Allow some of the water to evaporate before serving.
- For a crunchy texture and tangy flavor, serve with crispy lettuce and squeeze some lemon over the dish.
- Top with finely chopped green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
