Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion
- 6-8 small meatballs (or you can form ground meat into small balls)
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- About 1 kilogram of shelled peas
- 2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Let's put the vegetable oil, diced onions, and the prepared meatballs into the pot.
- If you like, you can also add diced potatoes at this stage; it would be nice.
- Sauté the meatballs and onions, stirring occasionally, until the onions turn pink.
- Add the diced tomatoes.
- Once the tomatoes are cooked, add the tomato paste and sauté, stirring occasionally.
- Finally, add the shelled peas and stir.
- Add enough warm water to cover the ingredients, cover the pot, and cook on medium heat until it boils, then on low heat until the water is absorbed.
