Ingredients

  1. 1 cup lentils
  2. 1.5 cups bulgur
  3. 3 cups water
  4. 1 onion
  5. 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  6. 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. Green onions
  10. Dill (optional)
  11. Parsley
  12. Lemon

Instructions

  1. First, cook the lentils until they absorb all the water, then add the bulgur.
