Enjoy a delicious and healthy twist on a classic favorite with the Healthy Big Mac Roll. This dish features a cheesy yogurt-based roll filled with seasoned lean ground beef, fresh vegetables, and a tangy sauce, perfect for a nutritious lunch.

Ingredients

For the Roll:

  1. 1 cup of yogurt
  1. 3 eggs
  1. 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  1. A pinch of salt and black pepper

For the Filling:

  1. 100 grams of lean ground beef
  1. 1 tomato
  1. 3 gherkins (pickles)
  1. 1 small red onion
  1. Enough salad leaves
  1. Salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes

For the Sauce:

  1. 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  1. 1 tablespoon of ketchup
  1. 1 tablespoon of mustard

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

  1. In a suitable bowl, combine the yogurt, eggs, grated cheddar cheese, and spices, and whisk well.
  1. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave a little space around the edges.

Bake:

  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until the top is lightly browned (about 25-30 minutes).
  1. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Prepare the Filling:

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a dry pan until cooked.
  1. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then remove from heat.
  1. Dice the tomato, onion, and pickles. Slice the salad leaves into thin strips.

Prepare the Sauce:

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Assemble the Roll:

  1. Once the baked base has cooled, flip it over and gently peel off the parchment paper.
  1. Spread half of the sauce over the surface.
  1. Evenly distribute the cooked ground beef over the sauce.
  1. Add the fresh ingredients on top.
  1. Spread the remaining sauce and carefully roll the dough into a tight roll.

Serve:

  1. Enjoy your roll!
