This tender halibut, baked in foil with onions and lemon slices, is seasoned with salt and red pepper flakes for a healthy, flavorful fish dish that's simple and satisfying.

Ingredients

  1. 4 plaice fish
  2. 1 dry onion
  3. 1 lemon
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Tear off a large piece of aluminum foil and brush it with vegetable oil.
  2. Place the washed fish on the foil.
  3. Place onion and lemon slices on top of the fish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.
  5. Fold the foil over the fish, sealing it well.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining fish.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
  8. Uncover the fish and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the top.
