Savor a delicious lunch with grilled beef sausages served in toasted sandwich buns, topped with a savory tomato paste sauce, pickles, and your choice of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard, creating a flavorful and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  1. 3 beef sausages
  2. 3 sandwich buns
  3. 3 cups boiling water
  4. 1 tablespoon butter or half a tea glass of vegetable oil
  5. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  6. Pickled cucumbers
  7. Mayonnaise
  8. Ketchup
  9. Mustard
  10. 2 cloves garlic
  11. Salt, black pepper, thyme

Instructions

  1. Make shallow cuts on the surface of the long sausages.
  2. Melt the butter in a deep but small pot and sauté it with the tomato paste, then add the boiling water.
  3. Chop the garlic and add it along with salt, black pepper, and thyme to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Grill the cooked sausages on a grill or in a toaster.
  5. Once they have grill marks, moisten the buns with the tomato paste sauce to your liking and place the sausages inside.
  6. Add pieces of pickles. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard as desired.
