Delight in these gluten-free quinoa cakes, featuring a rich cocoa flavor and a light, nutty texture, all made effortlessly in a slow cooker for a healthy and satisfying treat.
Ingredients
- 50 grams of quinoa (preferably ground in a food processor)
- 30 grams of coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 eggs
- A handful of nuts (I used hazelnuts)
Instructions
- Separate the egg whites and beat them well.
- Melt the coconut oil and add it to the egg whites, then mix with the other ingredients.
- Distribute the mixture evenly into muffin cups (I made 5 muffins).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20-30 minutes until ready. Enjoy!
