Ingredients
- 1 sole fish
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon slice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Clean the sole fish fillet by removing the skin and bones. Wash it thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Thinly slice the peeled garlic and mix it with olive oil.
- Season the fish fillet with salt and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the garlic-infused olive oil over the fish and place a lemon slice on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
- Finely chop the parsley leaves, which you have cleaned and washed thoroughly.
- Drizzle melted butter mixed with the parsley over the cooked fish fillet on a serving plate. Serve hot and share with your loved ones.
