Delight in baked sole fish, seasoned with salt and garlic-infused olive oil, topped with a fresh lemon slice, and finished with a drizzle of melted butter and parsley.

Ingredients

  1. 1 sole fish
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. 1 lemon slice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Clean the sole fish fillet by removing the skin and bones. Wash it thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Thinly slice the peeled garlic and mix it with olive oil.
  3. Season the fish fillet with salt and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the garlic-infused olive oil over the fish and place a lemon slice on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes.
  6. Finely chop the parsley leaves, which you have cleaned and washed thoroughly.
  7. Drizzle melted butter mixed with the parsley over the cooked fish fillet on a serving plate. Serve hot and share with your loved ones.
