Indulge in this creamy, flavorful salmon dish, where tender fillets are enveloped in a rich, aromatic sauce, perfectly balanced with a hint of dill.
Ingredients
- 500g salmon (4 pieces)
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 packets of cream
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dill or 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil and butter.
- Add the flour and continue to sauté until the raw smell is gone.
- Add the tomato paste and stir for a couple of turns.
- Add the cream and spices, then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
