Indulge in this creamy, flavorful salmon dish, where tender fillets are enveloped in a rich, aromatic sauce, perfectly balanced with a hint of dill.

Ingredients

  1. 500g salmon (4 pieces)
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 garlic clove
  4. 2 packets of cream
  5. 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  6. 1 teaspoon butter
  7. 1 teaspoon flour
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 teaspoon vegetable powder (optional)
  10. 1 teaspoon dill or 3-4 sprigs of fresh dill
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, then sauté them in olive oil and butter.
  2. Add the flour and continue to sauté until the raw smell is gone.
  3. Add the tomato paste and stir for a couple of turns.
  4. Add the cream and spices, then bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Pour the sauce over the salmon.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
