Ingredients
- 500 grams of mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 200 grams of cream
- 2 liters of water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 bunch of dill
Instructions
- Peel and dice the mushrooms, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in oil until they turn golden brown.
- Add the diced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until the mushrooms release their moisture.
