Ingredients

  1. 500 grams of mushrooms
  2. 2 onions
  3. 4-5 cloves of garlic
  4. 1 tablespoon butter
  5. 2 tablespoons flour
  6. 200 grams of cream
  7. 2 liters of water
  8. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  9. 1 tablespoon salt
  10. 1 bunch of dill

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mushrooms, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in oil until they turn golden brown.
