Ingredients
- 3 large eggs
- 1.5 cups of sugar
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn white and fluffy.
- Add all the liquid ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing gently. Your batter is now ready.
Bake:
- Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
- After 40 minutes, perform a toothpick test. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
