Ingredients

  1. 3 large eggs
  2. 1.5 cups of sugar
  3. 1.5 cups of milk
  4. 1 cup of vegetable oil
  5. 2 cups of flour
  6. 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  7. 2 packets of baking powder
  8. 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Prepare the Batter:

  1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until they turn white and fluffy.
  1. Add all the liquid ingredients.
  1. Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing gently. Your batter is now ready.

Bake:

  1. Grease the baking pan and pour the batter into it.
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F).
  1. After 40 minutes, perform a toothpick test. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
