Ingredients
- Chicken drumsticks (8-10 pieces, depending on the number of servings)
- Medium-sized potatoes (8-10, depending on the number of servings)
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- Spice mix (allspice, cumin, thyme, black pepper, ground red pepper, red pepper flakes)
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.
Season the Drumsticks:
- Place the drumsticks in a pot.
- Sprinkle your desired spices over the drumsticks (I used allspice, cumin, black pepper, red pepper flakes, ground red pepper, and thyme).
- Mix well to coat the drumsticks with the spices.
Add the Potatoes:
- Cover the drumsticks with the halved potatoes.
Prepare the Sauce:
- In a bowl, dissolve tomato paste in half a cup of water.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
Cook:
- Cover the pot with a lid.
- Cook on low heat until the chicken and potatoes are tender.
