Ingredients
- 1 onion
- Half a cup of olive oil
- Half a cup of flour
- 1 bunch of green onions
- Half a bunch of parsley
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tea glass of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 4 pieces of chicken breast
For topping:
- Chives
Instructions
- Sauté the onion, sliced into thin half-moons, in olive oil.
- Add the flour and cook until it thickens.
- Add the finely chopped green onions and parsley, and cook.
- Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper, and continue cooking.
- Grill the chicken breasts in a grill pan.
- Transfer the cooked sauce to a serving plate.
- Place the grilled chicken on top of the sauce.
- Garnish with finely chopped chives and serve.
