Ingredients
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 2 onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teacup soy sauce
- 3/4 teacup vinegar
- 1 teacup water
- 3 sugar cubes
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Chop the onions and garlic and sauté in oil until golden. Add the chicken drumsticks.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, soy sauce, sugar, bay leaves, salt, and black pepper, then pour over the chicken.
- Add the molasses and cook for about 20 minutes, occasionally turning and stirring, until well combined.
