Cheery Brownie

Enjoy a delectable Cheery Brownie, featuring rich dark chocolate and buttery goodness, topped with tart pitted cherries for a delightful balance of sweetness and fruitiness.

Ingredients

  1. 200 grams of butter
  2. 2.5 bars of dark chocolate (160-180 grams)
  3. 1 cup of sugar
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1 packet of vanilla
  6. 1 cup of flour
  7. 1 tea glass of pitted cherries (I used frozen)

Instructions

  1. First, take the butter into a pan and melt it, then turn off the heat.
  1. Add the chopped chocolate and stir with a spoon until it melts.
  1. In a deep bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until foamy.
  1. Add the melted chocolate to this bowl and mix.
  1. Finally, add the flour and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a 20x20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
  1. Place the cherries on top and bake at 170°C (338°F) until the top cracks.
  1. After baking, remove from the oven and let it rest for about half an hour. Enjoy!
