Enjoy a delectable Cheery Brownie, featuring rich dark chocolate and buttery goodness, topped with tart pitted cherries for a delightful balance of sweetness and fruitiness.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of butter
- 2.5 bars of dark chocolate (160-180 grams)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tea glass of pitted cherries (I used frozen)
Instructions
- First, take the butter into a pan and melt it, then turn off the heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and stir with a spoon until it melts.
- In a deep bowl, beat the sugar and eggs until foamy.
- Add the melted chocolate to this bowl and mix.
- Finally, add the flour and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a 20x20 cm pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the cherries on top and bake at 170°C (338°F) until the top cracks.
- After baking, remove from the oven and let it rest for about half an hour. Enjoy!
