Ingredients

  1. 2 sea bass or salmon fillets (skin removed)
  2. Juice of 1 lime
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. 5-6 chives
  5. 1 chili pepper
  6. Half a kapia pepper
  7. Half a red bell pepper
  8. 1 avocado
  9. 1 mango

For the Sauce:

  1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  2. Juice of half a lemon
  3. Salt
  4. Black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Fish:

  1. Cut the sea bass fillets into small pieces.

Marinate the Fish:

  1. Place the sea bass pieces in a bowl with the lemon and lime juice.
  2. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Prepare the Vegetables and Fruits:

  1. While the fish is marinating, dice the mango, bell peppers, red onion, and avocado into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the parsley and chives.

Combine Ingredients:

  1. After marinating, drain the fish from the lemon juice.
  2. Mix the diced mango, bell peppers, red onion, avocado, parsley, and chives in a bowl.

Mix Everything Together:

  1. Add the marinated sea bass to the vegetable and fruit mixture.
  2. Add the olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Toss everything until well combined.

Season and Serve:

  1. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Serve and enjoy your meal.
