Ingredients
- 5-6 carrots
- 2 zucchinis
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Grate the carrots and cook them in a pan.
- Once they start to cook, add the grated zucchini and continue to cook until everything is well cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Mix the yogurt and salt together, then combine with the cooled carrot and zucchini mixture. Your carrot and zucchini dip is ready. Enjoy!
