- 10-15 asparagus spears
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5-6 tablespoons olive oil
- Grated mozzarella
Instructions
- First, place the asparagus in a bowl and sprinkle with the spices.
- Add the lemon juice and mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (425°F) for about 8-9 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top and bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
