Enjoy healthy, homemade apple crisps made from thinly sliced apples, lightly drizzled with lemon juice, and sprinkled with cinnamon for a crunchy, vegan snack.

Ingredients

  1. 2 apples
  1. Half a lemon
  2. Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Slice the apples very thinly.
  1. Drizzle 1-2 drops of lemon juice on each slice and spread it with your finger. The lemon will prevent the apples from browning.
  2. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Bake at 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour.
