Ingredients
- 120 grams of butter
- 40 grams of granulated sugar
- 60 grams of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 40 grams of cocoa powder
- 200 grams of flour
- 60 grams of dark chocolate
- 30 grams of milk chocolate
- 100 grams of white chocolate
Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
- Cream the butter and sugars together.
- Add the egg and vanilla sugar, and continue mixing.
- Sift and add the dry ingredients.
- Use a spatula to mix until the dough comes together.
Add Chocolate:
- Chop the dark and milk chocolates into chunks and mix them into the dough.
- Knead until the chocolates are well incorporated.
Chill and Shape:
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece of dough with your hands, place 2 pieces of white chocolate in the center, and seal the dough around it.
- Shape into rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 10 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
