Ingredients

  1. 120 grams of butter
  2. 40 grams of granulated sugar
  3. 60 grams of brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  6. 40 grams of cocoa powder
  7. 200 grams of flour
  8. 60 grams of dark chocolate
  9. 30 grams of milk chocolate
  10. 100 grams of white chocolate

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

  1. Cream the butter and sugars together.
  1. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, and continue mixing.
  1. Sift and add the dry ingredients.
  1. Use a spatula to mix until the dough comes together.

Add Chocolate:

  1. Chop the dark and milk chocolates into chunks and mix them into the dough.
  1. Knead until the chocolates are well incorporated.

Chill and Shape:

  1. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  1. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.
  1. Flatten each piece of dough with your hands, place 2 pieces of white chocolate in the center, and seal the dough around it.
  1. Shape into rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake:

  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 10 minutes.
  1. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes before serving.
